Application Support Analyst- 1st/ 2nd Line- Banking- ContractSupport
I am currently looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a top investment bank based in London. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Role will involve following and upholding ITIL processes such as change control and problem / incident management while being point of contact for business critical applications in a very past passed highly demanding front office team. The role will involve supporting the management of the production and UAT environment for the EMC business, this involves supporting daily processing, user access management, application troubleshooting, documentation of new processes and population of user knowledge base, testing and deployment of releases and supporting the ongoing development of business applications while maintaining the banks, and teams standards of excellence.
Experienced Application Support Analyst
Front Office experience
1st/ 2nd line support
Experience in SQL would be beneficial as well as knowledge of windows enterprise environments i.e. windows server / SQL backend infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills
London- £300-400 per day
