KDB Support Lead/ Manager- Banking- Contract (£700-900pd)Support
I am currently looking for a KDB Support Lead/ Manager to join a top investment bank based in London. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.
Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation. Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support team members. Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology and risk guidelines. Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members and or acting as a subject matter expert. In depth Functional knowledge of the application(s) supported and interdependencies. This position should typically be used for an advanced or lead level resource.
Incident Management: Investigation, assessment, troubleshooting, escalation, communication
Demand Management: Build deployment, change management, server & connectivity requests, data subscription
Platform Management: monitoring and reporting (usage, performance, capacity), DR management, data evaluation
Application/ Production Support Lead/ Management experience
L1/ L2 Support experience
Asset Class knowledge (FX, Equities, Derivatives etc)
Front Office experience
Contract- £700-900 per day
