  • Design, implement and support systems within Outdoor, ensuring that systems support business objectives
  • Manager a development team, providing advice and input on methodology, process and approach
  • Ensure solutions meets the non-functional requirements, in particular maintainability, performance, and scalability
  • Identify and exploit opportunities for code and application reuse
  • Provide development estimates as required
  • Build great software

Engineering Manager - Go/Python - Digital – Media Skills:

  • Experience building and leading engineering teams
  • Demonstrable experience in Go/Python based software development teams.
  • Experience using cloud platforms, in particular AWS, and the role of PaaS and IaaS.
  • Knowledge of REST based API.
  • Experience working in an Agile team, and tools such as Confluence and Jira.
