I am currently looking for an experienced Test Analyst join a top organisation based in London. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.


Responsibilities-

Analyse new or changed functionality in order to create test plans, test cases and test scripts that can be carried out to agreed standards within a specified timeframe

Develop an understanding of the test environments and identify environment and data requirements before testing begins

Establish quality assurance procedures for the business’s software through the development lifecycle.

Perform manual testing on the business’s various software solutions including web apps, desktop apps, APIs, windows services and mobile apps.

Create and execute end-to-end test plans and cases.

Creating and maintaining full documentation of the testing processes.

Create and execute test scripts that determine optimal application performance according to the

Record and execute all test scripts in Quality Centre

Qualifications

Test Analyst experience

An in-depth knowledge of the full testing life cycle

Experience working with previous large-scale Logistics, FMCG firms is desired

SIT/ UAT testing experience

ISEB certified

Quality Centre/ JIRA experience

Able to contribute to an environment of continuous improvement

Contract

£300- £375 per day

Location- London

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Service Operations Specialist with AWS experience to join a global financial services client in London.

    You will provide 2nd and 3rd line operational management of the IT infrastructure and systems.   • Employee Relations Advisor
    £500 - £550 per day

    I am seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to cover a 6 month interim contract to support the HR Partners and key business stakeholders on all aspects of employee relations, policy and legislation within an investment management organisation.

    Core responsibilities include:

    • Ensuring the effective manager of ER-related risks (legal, financial and reputations for employee relations including disciplinary, grievances, litigation case management, restructures/reorganisations and performance management
    • Act as the internal escalation and expert on all aspects of ER and build effective relationships with key internal stakeholders
    • Ensure all ER strategy, policies and processes are compliant with legislation and tie in effectively with both commercial and functional HR requirements
    • Apply and utilise ER metrics to offer sound solutions and manage risk
    • Assist with project management that may include M&A activity or reorganisation exercises as required, including any related redundancy exercises

    Key skills & experience required:

    • Qualified up to degree level or equivalent
    • Demonstrable Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner with substantial ER experience
    • Extensive experience of UK employment law and/or working as an employee relations specialist within the UK, in a fast paced business environment, working within Investment Management or Financial Services
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrable stakeholder engagement with excellent consultative skills
    • Strong analytical mindset and skills to take meaningful information and interpret to support the business
    • Ability to deal with multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment
    • High level credibility and confidentiality, with the sensitivity and diplomacy to deal effectively with challenging situations.
