Manage the testing of large systems, including defect tracking and reporting
Raise and manage defects against customer systems and product releases

Understand and assess business workflows within the software and how they should be tested

Experience required
Experienced Automation Test Analyst
Previous software testing experience
Experience writing code in C# or another object-oriented programming language
Experience with scripting languages
Experience with UNIX or Linux
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases

New job role with a Tier one global bank based in London as a European CDD Production Support
This role is to assist the European CDD Production Lead across a wide range of CDD topics. These topics include production, preparing MI and presentations, assisting with policy implementation and BoW planning. You will serve as an SME for the queries and questions coming from the regional Client Management teams.
Ensure all CDD activities are managed appropriately and priorities identified. Any issues to be escalated in a timely fashion to the relevant person.
Person Specification:
- Strong knowledge surrounding CDD/KYC for New Business, Renewals and Remediation.
- Broad overall understanding of the full investment banking value chain and the context within which Client Operations operate
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build global and regional relationships within the business.
- Solid and broad experience of working at a senior level with large multi-project and multi-stakeholder programmes in an international investment bank.
