I am currently looking for an Automation Test Analyst (Java) to join a top financial organisation based in Birmingham/ London. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.

Responsibilities

To test software ensuring that the design and development are carried out as efficiently as possible with high quality output.

Able to write and execute non-functional tests using automated test solutions using open source agile tools like Jira/jMeter/SoapUI/Selenium.

Write and execute test cases for functional, non-functional (performance and security) and regression testing - manual and automated.

Engage with other project team members to perform root cause analysis of the defects

Provides feedback for continual process improvement.

Able to maintain and manage the automated regression testing suite

Experience required:

Experienced Test Analyst

Banking background is essential

Strong Java background

Testing experience of using open source testing tools like JMeter, Selenium, Watir, Ranorex, Soap UI, Test Complete, eggplant etc

Testing experience of both GUI based testing as well as API/database testing

Experience of writing BDD (Behaviour driven development) scripts to automate feature testing and using Gherkin tools like Specflow and jBehave

Experience of automated Unit Testing tools like jUnit,, TestNg etc

Experience of integrating automated test cases with DevOps tools like Subversion, Jenkins etc

Permanent

£50,000- £60,000

    An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our client a leading global financial services business in the marketing team.

    You will play a key role in delivering exceptional marketing and communications campaigns, working closely with the Nordic area of the business.

    You will be responsible for delivering and executing the marketing plan locally, in line with the Global objectives and goals.

    • Responsible for the development and management of marketing campaigns for a local audience (email, social, web etc)
    • Localise and implement EMEA/Global marketing plans and campaigns
    • Work closely with the translators and the digital marketing team to update / improve company website
    • Work on multichannel marketing campaigns collaborating with central marketing teams
    • Work on the planning and execution of further marketing activities including events, media etc.

    Skills

    • SC Clearance is ESSENTIAL
    • Hands on experience of PRPC case working
    • Experience in Integration with JSSON REST highly desirable
    • Strong UX design highly desirable
    • Creating and modifying the Pega rules Rule Sets in the creation of activities, flows (of a given USE CASE) and UI design.
    • Integrations, designing Flows, Activities, Flow Actions, Harness, Section, Decision rules, Declarative rules and Reports.
    • Performance tools like PAL, Profiler, DB Tracer to measure the performance of PRPC applications.
