I am currently looking for a Systems Engineer/ Unix engineer (Trading) to join a top trading organisation based in London. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.

City hedge fund requires skilled Network Administrator. The Network Administrator will join the thriving UK arm of this international business and will ideally have previous hands on experience within a trading environment, hedge fund services provider , FinTech or Financial services organisation.

The Network Administrator will come with at least 3 years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise or low latency networks, Strong knowledge of switching, routing (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPLS, IPSEC) and multicast (IGMP, PIM) protocols and hands on Linux experience (installing services and packages, network configuration, troubleshooting)

We welcome strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana, PRTG, Splunk and associated protocols and the Network Administrator should have good scripting skills in Python or equivalent . Experience with wireless networks and knowledge of RF principles are strong desired.

Senior System Monitoring Engineer

System Monitoring Engineer required for key role within a leading global financial services organisation. You will come with advanced levels of knowledge in monitoring tools including IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Omnibus/Netcool etc.), and providing 3rd line support, environmental tuning, and architectural design and product roadmaps.

The System Monitoring Engineer will be responsible for maintaining rules, tasks, actions, and the implementation of audit policies. Working with regional and global product owners and project teams, they will ensure all configuration is completed for new and upgraded systems, including Application, Operating System, Database and Web among others. The System Monitoring Engineer will work very closely with the change management team to ensure tool configuration aligns with change related processes and tools,
