Our client has a fantastic reputation providing accounting, audit and tax consultancy services. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, delivering and monitoring strategic marketing and business development activity for designated service lines and actively generating leads

In this role you will:

  • Identify new sales / cross-selling opportunities to existing clients and targets within service line through follow-ups from campaigns, networking at events.
  • Manage proposals relevant to service line; scoping meetings, liaising with bid specialist, conducting debriefs after every bid and sharing intelligence with wider business.
  • Lead on high value and strategically important service-line proposals.
  • Contribute to national/sector marketing campaigns, leading on regional intelligence.
  • Personalisation of communication of campaigns to key service line staff via internal communication channels and workshops.
  • Produce high quality, effective internal communication, including intranet content, on behalf of the service line.
  • Design a service-line led events programme (internal, external and intermediaries focus); leading on planning (liaising with events specialist), networking on the day, post-event follow-ups and review of ROI.

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience in professional services firm
  • Comprehensive experience of marketing and business development at a managerial level
  • Proven track record at developing strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Expert understanding of targeting and lead generation with a proven ability to drive and develop a pipeline of opportunities
  • A degree or qualification in a related field
  • Strong written and editorial skills

    Compliance Officer and MLRO leading the Financial Crime and Compliance function for a Trade finance house in London with International officer.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Form the compliance function and manage the compliance risks of the Group globally.
    • Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures and controls.
    • Evaluate compliance risks on transactions and propose solutions.
    • Monitor compliance with compliance policies and procedures.
    • Deliver training and updates on compliance matters to staff globally.
    • Remain abreast of compliance developments, advise Senior Management and with the MD implement the necessary procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
    • Raise awareness of compliance risks and contribute to developing the culture.

    Experence required:

    Our client is a well-regarded financial services organisation who are looking for a talented Pricing Manager to join the business.

    The post holder will have the opportunity to work as part of a small team and lead the implementation of the retail pricing strategy. The individual will need strong pricing experience covering pricing strategies, framework, pricing changes, pricing tools and pricing reviews. You will also build and maintain predictive models and hold ideally have experience of SAS, Emblem, Radar, Excel and advanced statistical techniques.

    Working in a regulated environment from the insurance space or retail financial services is essential.
