Our client a one of the UK’s leading insurance brokers is looking for an experienced marketing business partner with a background leading, developing and delivering marketing strategy for the assigned proposition area.

  • Work closely with Directors and functional experts e.g. Digital Marketing, Corporate Comms, E-commerce and Operations to define marketing objectives
  • Ensure requirements and business strategies are clearly articulated to supporting functional teams
  • Act as the ‘voice of the customer’ for the trading division leadership team.
  • Work collaboratively with all parts of the Marketing team and wider business areas
  • Ensure that ongoing market and customer insights are fed into day to day decision making as well as the longer-term planning process
  • Lead the marketing planning and budget process

Experience required

  • Experience in a marketing business partner role
  • Experienced in successful B2C marketing (insight, proposition and marketing communications)
  • Experience gained in the insurance sector or financial services organisation
  • Project Management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Relevant marketing qualification either a degree supported by CIM or IDM diploma preferred

    Python/Java Machine Learning/AI Developer - London based Brokerage - up to £85k

    Python/Java Developer required to work on the next generation of artificial intelligence(AI)/machine learning technology at a leading financial services brokerage in London. The team operate like a fintech within the organisation, focussing on creating cutting edge technical solutions within a collaborative and innovative environment, much of the work is greenfield.

    As a Python/Java Developer within this team you will also have extensive exposure to; Cloud AWS, javascript with react and openfin applications. This is an expanding team with a lot of investment being invested into their development with the AI/machine learning space too. The role will also give a strong Python/Java technologist exposure to the financial services market and provide an understanding of how large transactions are carried out and processed.

    The successful Python/Java Developer can look to receive between £55,000 and £85,000 base, plus a healthy package and bonus.

    Requirements:

    • Commercial Python or Java development experience
    • Experience with Cloud platforms, ideally AWS
    • Experience of working on the full software development lifecycle

    C Quant/Strats Developer required - Associate/VP - Equities Trading - Business Reporting - £70k-£120k

    A market leading Quant/Strats team at a tier one investment bank require an exceptional C developer, ideally with some experience of Python to join their Equities Trading team. The team themselves work on the Equities Trading quantitative models and report dsirectly into the business. The role will provide the platform for a strong technologist and mathematician, to face off to Quants and Traders and work closely with them to implement cutting edge C models/solutions.

    This team require both exceptional technological skills (C on Windows) and mathematical/problem solving abilities (PhD in Mathematics or related subject highly desirable). Also a strong understanding of Derivative products, ideally Equities required.

    The succesful candidate can look to recieve between £70,000 and £120,000 base salary, either Associate or VP level (dependant on experience)

    This will also be backed by a bonus and package funded by the trading desk themselves.

    Requirements

    • Python highly desirable
    • Strong OO programming background
    • Derivative product knowledge (ideally Equities)
    • Strong mathematical/problem solving ability (ideally PhD level maths or similar)
