About the Team

The role will be in Governance and Adoption (GA), part of the institutional Clients Group Engineering and Architecture Practice (ICGEAP). Governance and adoption is a dynamic team of Change Agents whose mission is to get things done and demonstrate value. The function defines and delivers a high standard project management practice, using change management techniques to drive adoption across 30,000 developers and achieve sustainable results.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative marketing designer to help the team build impactful marketing material to promote strategic product and capabilities adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm, create and transform ideas into visually compelling stories for all types of marketing assets that drive business results, including websites, presentations, landing pages, infographics, social media graphics, printed collateral, event graphics, video, iconography, and illustration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce marketing content to support project needs and goals
  • Present designs to key stakeholders and gain alignment around decisions
  • Design artefacts in line with brand guidelines
  • Provide support to enhance written content and visuals to create impactful communication for end-users (developer/engineering population)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in marketing design or product marketing in a large technology organisation
  • Strong experience in HTML and CSS
  • Experience with video/motion graphics would be a big plus
  • Strong sense of design principles, typography, layout, attention to detail, and conceptual skills
  • Ability to think creatively and be able to drive new ways to support communication across initiatives visually
  • Advanced knowledge of the latest design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently, quickly and consistently with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strategic thinking, a collaborative and transparent passion for storytelling

    Are you an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer or infrastructure engineer with the ability to help us progress our journey into DevOps?

    We are looking for Azure Cloud Engineers at various levels to work in our Platforms team to help automate and provision environments across our platforms and to assist in the design, implementation and maintenance of our Azure environment. You will also help transition workloads from on premise to cloud.


    Essential experience working with Azure IaaS and PaaS in a DevOps capacity.
