Our client is a growing tech business who are looking for a talented marketing manager to join the team.

The postholder will have solid experience across digital channels and a proven record of driving growth. You will plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns and work closely with the sales team to provide leads. You will have experience building and testing landing pages in order to deliver impressive conversion rates as well as managing and optimising the paid media channels.

The individual will have experience working for a growth business ideally in the education or tech space and be willing to get stuck in. Working closely with the wider marketing function, sales and customer success teams will require a team player.

To be considered:

  • Experience working in a startup or growth business, ideally from education, tech, software but other sectors will be considered

    My leading global banking client are looking to bring on an IT Portfolio Manager with significant delivery and portfolio management experience.

    Candidates must have:

    • Significant experience within portfolio definition and development, understanding business priorities, supporting business change and managing successful business partnerships.
    • Experience in managing complex programmes and ideally programmes such as Cloud, Data Centre Migration and Agile Transformation
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence business decisions and command credibility at senior management level
    • Excellent communicator, with the ability to communicate complex and technical information written and orally and present effectively.
    • Strong leadership experience, including the ability to create and implement a shared vision and delivery of outcomes.
    • Track record in proactively engaging and improving the overall quality of service delivered through Technology.
    • Experience in leading and working closely with business leaders, challenging conventional thinking and identifying opportunities to generate business benefit and value for money,
    • Expert knowledge of the project, programme and change management lifecycle and the key stages within it, in both a waterfall and agile delivery framework.

  • Java Fixed Income eTrading Developer - Contract - £800pd
    £600 - £800 per day

    Java Fixed Income eTrading Developer – Contract – Outside IR35 – up to £800pd

    A leading investment bank in the city of London are looking to bring on multiple contract resources to help enhance their build out of a very successful Fixed Income eTrading application suite. They require Java Developers with low latency systems experience, also ideally experience of working for a Fixed Income desk (Interest Rates, Bonds, Repo), however other asset classes will be considered.

    The team have recently completed a largescale migration from a legacy “off the shelf” system and are now looking to continue the build out of in-house functionality, involving a lot of greenfield projects. Also this can provide the opportunity for the right individual to lead a team and provide design and architecture direction for the entire eTrading platform.

    Paying up to £800 per day

    Requirements overview:

    • Experienced core java developer
    • Low Latency systems experience
    • Product Knowledge (preferably fixed income based)

    Java Developer VP/SVP – FX Forwards & Swaps – eTrading – Quant/Strats

    A market-leading electronic fx trading team require an expert Java Developer to work for their Quant/Strats group in London. The team look after all electronic trading for FX products (Algo Aggregators, Market Making, Pricing etc…), with a focus on Forwards and Swaps for this project.

    The candidate will need to work as part of a global team and have the ability to pick up projects and run the full SDLC alone. A Java Developer with experience of multi-thread trading systems and ideally Python and KDB is the core requirement.

    You will work on the Trading Desk and report directly into the business, as they look to seriously enhance their capabilities and drastically increase revenues for the FX business, following a hugely successful year!

    Requirements Summary:

    • Core Java multithreaded programming of trading systems

A leading software company are looking for a Marketing & Communications Director to join the business in a newly created position.

Reporting into the CMO, the postholder will take responsibility for devising and implementing the marketing strategy and scaling the marketing function. You will have experience working for a sales driven Software Tech or Data Analytics firm planning and executing integrated campaigns, driving marketing activities to develop and maintain brand positioning, oversee a content marketing department who will execute the social media strategy and have an SEO/SEM strategy in place.

You will manage several relationships across the business with the likes of Product, HR, Finance and Senior Leadership. You will also manage the relationship between Marketing & PR agencies and be supported with a large budget to deliver the company objectives.

The postholder will have experience using marketing automation platforms, have a data driven approach to marketing and be able to provide reporting/metrics/analysis to key stakeholders.
