Change Manager - Agile / Business change

My client is currently recruiting for a Change Manager on a permanent basis in Northampton. The Change Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering the successful implementation of business change and improvement into the operational teams. The Change Manager will provide strong leadership to the change implementation team and initiate change in order to improve processes, operating practices and systems within the company.


  • Establish and maintain structures to monitor and control programme initiation, progress and delivery.
  • Monitor all activity to ensure successful project completion and provide regular and accurate progress reports and updated plans to senior stakeholders across all levels
  • Monitor and control the use of resources and funds against budget and gain agreement for revisions as necessary. Control project budgets, and approving phasing of costs in line with delivery plan.
  • Ensure processes are in place to identify and manage all programme/project issues and risks including their appropriate escalation and contingency management.
  • Recognised level of expertise and to provide specialist guidance to the project team, particularly in project definition, requirements analysis, business and technical design and change control activities.
  • Development of close working relationships with the business stakeholders and product owners
  • Actively participate in agile team ceremonies to refine requirements, plan work and review deliverables

Essential experience:

  • Delivery of campaign capability change and/or multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead and build capability in jointly leading project teams of implementation managers in addition to managing virtual teams across UKC.
  • Ability to negotiate/influence at senior level on project scope/cost/time options in order to decide optimum way forward.
  • Subject matter expert in employing change management best practices and disciplines including governance, control and risk management, eg Prince II.
  • Experience in Agile methodology and delivery
  • Good of knowledge and experience of working within operational areas is essential.
  • Extensive working knowledge of systems and processes

    Business Objects Analyst / Developer

    Our client, an investment banking group is seeking an experienced Business Objects Analyst / Developerto join the team based in the London.

    Main duties and purpose of the role:

    • Liaise with Finance, Risk, Operations and within IDM to establish and analyse reporting requirements.
    • Support and develop reports primarily using SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence.
    • Support and develop dashboards using SAP Lumira, Sales Force Wave andor Microsoft Power BI.
    • Support and rationalise tactical legacy Excel and Access VBA applications, primarily for market and credit risk reporting, and facilitate migration onto strategic architecture.
    • Coordinate and manage time critical automated report schedules and publications.
    • Identify, understand and define data requirements and data models to optimise business reporting.

    Preferred experiences:

    • SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence report development.

  • SEO Web Optimization Developer
    £300 - £375 per day

    SEO Web Optimization Developer

    Our client is seeking an experienced SEO Web Optimization Developer to join the team based in the London.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • The client needs a technical resource who has hands-on knowledge and expertise on web optimization tasks.
    • The requirements of the job will be to conduct comprehensive technical audit of client's products and highlight significant issues & optimization problems.
    • Frame an implementation plan for solving each of these issues with clear steps.
    • Implement the solution either directly or by working closely with the client's engineering team.
    • Understand and track the results of web optimization efforts and turn them into actionable items.
    • This position will focus primarily on website optimization.
    • An ideal candidate will have experience with Web Optimization best practices, SQL and Google Analytics along with some knowledge of web development and communication skills

    Required Skills & Experience:

As part of regulatory changes and responsibilities in the Data Protection space, my client requires an Information Security Compliance Analyst to come in and undertake a number of audit tasks, quality assurance activities and process reviews across the IT and data landscape.


    • Experience in IT risk and information security audit roles
    • Experience auditing information security, Data Protection and GDPR regulatory policies
    • Understanding of how to audit the asset register
    • Experience of working with product owners and data owners to review information security and data processes
    • Skills conducting quality assurance assessments by comparing the actual state against targets, ensuring full regulatory compliance
