Forward thinking, international provider of financial services is seeking a Junior Developer with experience in Java Development, as they continue to build upon the successes of over 30+ years of continuous growth and success.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Junior Developer to join a market leading business that’s looking to grow their Software teams, who’ll be responsible for Back and Front-End Developments, contributing to the full product lifecycle, collaborating with fellow Developers and other departments within the company, and to have a keen desire to grow their own skills.

They’re looking for a Junior Developer with experience in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular, Vue.js or similar, to aid in the development of their key products.

The ideal Junior Developer will have;

  • At least 12 month’s prior experience in a Java-based Development role – including University placements or internships
  • Good experience with Java
  • Good Front End Experience; JavaScript, HTML, CSS; any knowledge of Angular would be a strong benefit
  • Good knowledge of OOP
  • Good understanding of Agile working
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills, particularly in liaising with different teams
