Implementation Consultant

Forward thinking, international provider of financial services solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant with experience in delivering projects to client companies.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Implementation Consultant to join a market leading business that’s looking to add to their team. The successful Implementation Consultant will be responsible for driving installations and upgrades, assist with project support, provide training to both internal and external teams, liaising with Clients on a consultancy basis, and being the go-between between internal teams and direct Clients for technical requirements.

The successful Implementation Consultant will have:

  • Prior experience in a similar Implementation Consultant role, including business support or application installation
  • Exposure to an Infrastructure environment, including both Windows and Linux environments
  • Exposure to Oracle, Redhat / Centos, Microsoft SQL server
  • Ability to work with a number of different internal operational teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written

This is an ideal opportunity to build on prior experience and develop skillsets, whilst taking on a strong level of responsibility from day one.

    Strategic Level:

    • To be considered a key part of the Corporate Services team and the Finance “Go-to” person for performance improvement strategic matters
    • Provide strategic advice on improving financial performance and planning
    • Create & maintain a culture of high performance, planning and continuous improvement
    • Lead and manage projects ensuring project milestones are met
    • In addition to the Corporate Support functions, this role will take a perspective on overall organisational performance
    • Agree performance targets with respective Corporate Executive & Leadership, to help identify early warning signs, and where appropriate help the business rectify underperforming matters
    • Ensure appropriate risk reporting measures are in place and communicated to the Director of Performance Improvement

    Operational Level:

    • Provide other relevant support and input to the wider finance team and reporting requirements

    A leading fashion retail brand need a new CRM Coordinator, to implement their strategic initiatives across lifecycle programs, customer profiling, automation and segmentation. In this role, you will report to the CRM Manager, but also mentor the Assistants within the team.

    Your key responsibilities will be to:

    • Spearhead multiple initiatives, from initial scope to implementation, followed by analysis.
    • Assist the planning of the CRM strategy in line with the overall brand and digital strategy.
    • Review the existing CRM program’s functionality and continuously make improvements based on reports.
    • Launch innovative CRM program to acquire new and retain/reward customer across a range of channels.
    • Work closely with the wider Digital, Trade, and Brand Marketing teams.
    • Use knowledge gained through analytics to inform forecasts, budgets and CRM direction in both the short and long terms.

    You will have:

    • Experience in the retail or B2C space with an interest in the fashion industry.
    • The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
    • Experience using Adobe Campaign, Salesforce or another CRM platform.
    • Experience developing and optimising lifecycle CRM campaigns, primarily via email.
    • The ability to analyse data and reports to drive strategic direction.
    • Strong mathematical skills and confidence using Excel for reporting, analytics and forecasting.
