Network, Voice Infrastructure - Platform Lead

  • Network & Voice products and will resume the end to end responsibility of the platform ownership across the Group. While managing the day to day operational activities is not expected here, this role will be accountable for the overall platform operational stability and will lead the products engineering strategy and lifecycle.
  • It will be also required to be up to date with the relevant product releases and continuously conduct research and development to carefully select the features that will require to be in the relevant products backlog.
  • Establish a standard set of Network & Voice products that caters for different workloads at all layers.
  • Continuous update of the Group IT product catalogue with the approved stack.
  • Enforce a standard build and housekeeping checklists: this will simplify the environment and drive cost down.
  • Sponsor and drive projects to move the non-compliant products into the standard stack.
  • Build the products Strategy and Roadmap.
  • Establish the product backlog that require to be addressed on quarterly basis.
  • Sponsor and drive backlog projects to completion
  • Continuous R&D and vendor engagement.
  • Automate the installation to achieve Zero touch unattended deployment.
  • Review all housekeeping activities and identify key processes that should be automated.

    Leading International Bank in UAE is looking to appoint a Vice President - Credit Analyst (Large Corporates / Structured Trade Finance / ECA Finance / Syndication Loans).

    Location: Dubai, UAE

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To assume full responsibility of corporate credit origination process to develop new trade finance businesses (including export finance and commodity finance) in Middle East and maintain existing portfolio.
    • To take leading role of corporate credit analysis of the group partially taking responsibility of the Team Head.
    • To take care of credit monitoring, preparation of credit application, presenting the proposal to internal stakeholders and preparing the underlying documentation of proposed facility.
    • Lead and be responsible for corporate credit Trade Finance portfolio working closely with Senior Relationship Managers and Group Head
    • Conduct credit monitoring and prepare credit applications and facility documentation in line with internal credit policies and procedures and in close liason with Head office (London)
    • Monitor the situation of countries and industries which are covered by the group and share the relevant information with group members and management

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • At least 8 -10 years of strong expertise in corporate credit analysis in wider industries while FI credit coverage is an advantage.
    • Extensive experience in handling large corporate trade finance facilities including export finance and commodity finance in terms of credit and documentation process.
    • International banking experience is a must

  • FIX Integration Engineer/ FIX Onboarding- Fixed Income

    I am currently looking for an experienced FIX Integration Engineer position to join a top financial organisation based in London. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    Responsibilities-

    Help new and existing institutional clients and broker-dealers with the implementation/integration of APIs for various STP features.

    Support API integration for various fixed income products - US Investment Grade, Emerging Markets, High Yield, US Agencies, Asset Backed Securities and Credit Default Swaps.

    Experience required

    Experience in a development, trade support or business analyst role.

    FIX protocol experiences a must.

    Experience with XML (DTD, schemas), TCP/IP & networking fundamentals

    Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system including user commands, scripting etc.
