They're seeking an experienced and passionate BI/Commercial Analyst who has skills and strong knowledge of GA, and ideally a DV tool (like Qlikview) but primarily someone commercially focused as an analyst, who's worked in an ecommerce environment.

Our client is looking for someone to engage with the wider business, all business areas, as a Senior member of the BI/Analytics team and as a Commercially Focused Insight Analyst. You will ultimately be able to look at customer & operational data and behaviours. Helping the business understand its customers better through the data available (and ultimately make them want to buy more/come back again and again).

    I am currently looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst (Windows/ IIS) to join a top bank based in London. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.



    Principal duties and responsibilities:

    Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for the banks’ application suite

    Troubleshooting any issues that arise and implement fixes as required

    Provide assistance to other IT support teams for issues

    Trend recurring incidents and provide suitable long term solutions

    Work closely with the Database Administrators and Storage teams in relation to incidents, capacity management & service improvements

    Technical liaison with vendors as required

    Provide on-call support on a regular basis, working in a shift pattern

    Essential skills/experience:

    Experienced Application Support Analyst

    Windows Enterprise Operating Systems (Windows 2003 and above)

    Managing web applications (IIS/Application Server Roles)

    Networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).

    Database connection methods (Oracle, SQL)

    I am currently looking for an Equities/ Fixed Income Application Support Analyst (FIX/ UNIX) to join a top investment bank based in London. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    Key responsibilities:

    Interact with various other support teams within the bank and also teams outside of the bank.
    Manage day to day production stability of applications, along with other members of the team.

As the Scrum Mast you will be working on a new innovation within a rapidly growing team which is moving in new and exciting directions. The Scrum Master will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising all activities related to the design, development, testing and deployment of a feature/release for a number of application products. The Scrum Master will also coordinate the demands of a number of projects into one delivery plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for scoping, planning, budgeting and forecasting of a release/feature
  • Responsible for managing releases/features to approved budgets and commitments
  • Promote and drive stewardship and application best practices within the development team
