Our client is a large online gaming firm who are looking for a Digital Marketing (CRM Manager) to join the team.

The postholder will lead a team and work closely with the Head of Customer Marketing to develop and implement the strategy for online gaming. You will be tasked to improve future campaigns, maximising performance, upsell and cross sell opportunities.

A strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation. Importantly, you will need to hold strong analytics experience and be comfortable reporting to key stakeholders across the business.

To be considered:

  • Experience working in a digital marketing capacity with a focus on CRM, Email Marketing
  • Open to sector, B2C essential, but a keen interest in the online gaming space

    Senior Java Developer needed for a fast-paced research & content team within a global investment bank.

    This role is open on a contract basis, inside IR35. paying up to £725 per day.

    This team has a very exciting 2021 ahead of them and is looking to expand and bring on a new senior Java Developer to work on greenfield business requirements.

    This team is part of the global markets business and is in charge of a performance focussed multichannel distribution system that shares data via, email, website, instant chat etc.

    This agile team uses a modern java tech stack that includes spring, hibernate, oracle database, and some messaging technologies.

    Key skills

    - Strong java development

    Role is based in Manchester close to all local transport links and parking options a short walk away too, but is currently remote due to COVID and will present flexible working from home/site options post COVID too.

    This role will give you opportunity to establish your career in Data, Insight & Web Analytics shadowing the Head of Department in partnership to learn and develop your SQL, TSQL, SQL SSIS, Google Analytics, JavaScript, MI & CRO skills.

    Full training and development will be given, but to secure this role you will need to ideally have commercial experience gained already within a CRO, Web Analytics, SQL Reporting, MI Analysis or Data Analytics environment, training developed in education as part of a technology focused degree would also be considered strongly.

    My client is seeking someone passionate to learn and develop skills further within Insight Analytics, with foundation skills in the following ideally:

    Commercial understanding of one of the following verisons of SQL Server, 2008R2, 2012, 2014, 2016
    SQL scripts, TSQL, stored proceedures.
    Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Tag management, Adobe Analytics or a similar Web analytics/CRO product.
    MI/BI Reporting, SSRS/SSMS or Power BI Reporting experience.
    JavaScript, HTML or CSS experience highly desirable.

    Highly desirable:
    MVT or A/B Testing experience.
    Java, Python,
    Data Science or Engineering qualification, knowledge or experience.
