I am currently looking for an experienced OAT/ Non-Functional Test Lead to join a top insurance company based in Bournemouth. The role will be a permanent role and will be working on a new project within the business.

Responsibilities

Overseeing the planning and execution of both manual and automated testing Performance

Define and implement non-functional test approach
Lead the Performance Test Engineering team to improve both quality and speed to market.

Enabling regular performance test cycles for applications across the landscape, scheduling releases in to a test cycle and reporting on outcomes.

You will own the definition of IT Operational Acceptance Test Approach and Process Definition and oversee the implementation of these processes across required delivery and applications support teams.

You will be responsible for leading internal best practice forums and mentoring other testers

Essential Skills/ Experience

Experienced OAT/ Non-Functional Test Lead or Manager
