My client, an international, market leading FinTech firm are looking for highly experienced Senior Oracle Developers. My client has an ambitious and collaborative company culture, which offers career progression, as well as the further development of your skills. It is also an exciting to join the company as they are in the process of a large modernisation.

This role is perfect for an ambitious, hardworking Oracle developer with 2+ years commercial experience. If that sounds like you, they’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be supporting the transformation of the business; from a project basis, to a product basis. You will be using, Oracle 12c to re-design the business’ application to be more modular, easier to test and also more dynamic.
  • Mentoring more junior members of staff, particularly database staff

Required Skills:

  • SQL
  • Oracle/PL SQL
  • Experience of the full development life-cycle
  • Experience with Oracle performance tuning
  • Experience in Agile environments

Desired Skills:

  • BA/MA in Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or Physics
  • Understanding of solutions design

  • Pension & Benefits Manager
    £80000 - £85000 per annum

    Pension & Benefits Manager who will become a trusted expert in Pension & Benefits for a very progressive and international brand.

    This role will play a key part in building a comprehensive pensions and benefits offering for its employees.

    This is very exciting times with loads of great initiatives being delivered.

    Your experience will include expert knowledge of Pension Plans and Voluntary Benefits plans preferably from a large organisation or consulting.

    Key areas to manage:

    • Review of Pension and Benefits
    • Communication of the Pension & Benefits offerings
    • Embed and optimise Pensions & Benefits
    • Support the Head across UK, Ireland and Europe manage projects, propose and initiate new ideas and offer market knowledge
    • Analysis and report on key data

    Experience:

    • Extensive experience across Pensions & Benefits plans. Exposure in either the Media, Technology or telecommunications industries will be a plus
    • Excellent communication skills to confidentiality communicate the Pension and Benefits offerings to key stakeholders and employees
    • Excellent IT skills especially with Pension administration platforms
    • Good knowledge of legal framework for pensions and benefits in the UK, Ireland and our European markets
    • Ability to work with data and strong analytical mindset
    • You will need to be agile in your approach working at pace and in an ever-changing environment

  • Automation Test Engineer

    Globally renowned firm require a strong Technical Test Engineer to join their large team in the city. You'll be working on the testing and test automation development of APIs, Web Services and Microservices.

    Must have experience includes the following:-

    • Strong understadning of the design principles for automation frameworks
    • Previous API / Web Services test automation experience
    • SOAP and REST
    • Deep level of functional test experience including test planning, test coverage and defect tracking
    • Comfortable with the TDD and BDD framework
    • Skills in at least one programming language - in particular Python or Java or C#
    • CI / CD awareness including Jenkins / Bamboo pipelines

    Whilst the role will be remote based for the moment - the role will require you to be office based when circumstances allow should you must be able to committ to fully onsite (if and when circumstances dictate).
