Global Financial Services client is looking for a PaaS Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. The team will be part of Application and Web Platforms and will contribute to the technical design and implementation of the EaaS PaaS.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience of one or more of the following technologies: Docker, OpenShift, Azure.
  • Strong Technical/Architectural/Solution Design, RESTful API Design and Software Development.
  • Experience of logging and analytic technologies (ie Splunk, ELK and Squirro)
  • Understanding of Cloud Native applications and Twelve Factor Application design
  • Unix and Microsoft Windows environments
  • Strong integration experience and system development expertise within a financial institution, and highly regulated/controlled environment.
  • Installation, configuration and integration of PaaS technologies with existing heritage polyglot systems and environments, ideally: Java, Perl and .Net.
  • A strong results-driven technologist with a broad technical background
  • A degree or equivalent.

City hedge fund requires skilled Network Administrator. The Network Administrator will join the thriving UK arm of this international business and will ideally have previous hands on experience within a trading environment, hedge fund services provider , FinTech or Financial services organisation.
