I am currently on the look-out for an experienced PeopleSoft Support Analyst to join a top investment bank based in London. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Production Support for EMEA PeopleSoft HRMS v9.1 (PeopleTools 8.55).

Development Releases (planning, validation, implementation)

Incident & Problem Management (qualification, prioritisation, communication, escalation)

Service Management (process & interface monitoring and alerting, restoration)

Security (user profile management, application security, auditor relations, query, tree)

Configuration Management (inventory, CFT flow mapping, licencing)

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience with supporting PeopleSoft HRMS v9.1 and PeopleTools v8.55 (or similar) in a Production environment

Understanding of PeopleSoft Payroll Interface

Ability to support and configure:

  • Process Scheduler, Integration Broker and REN Server
  • Web Server and Application Server
  • Complex PeopleSoft Queries
  • Report distribution

Knowledge of file transfer and encryption technologies

Excellent SQL skills (MSSQL)
