Our client is a leading global law firm, operating across 20 countries with a network of 2,300 qualified lawyers. They are currently reviewing their approach to pitching and need an exceptional Pitch Manager to co-ordinate and deliver high-quality projects and panel pitches.

You will take full ownership of pitch opportunities and bring original thoughts and creativity to strategic panel pitches. Working closely with the partners, you will formulate a bespoke offer, and create high-quality, original content.

With that in mind, this role might suit you if you have experience of end to end pitch management, supporting across all stages and executing within tight deadlines within a professional services or legal firm. A track record of leading on high value strategic opportunities is crucial, with the ability to influence senior partners too.

    I am seeking a highly commercial HR Business Partner to shape and lead the people agenda within a fast paced organisation operating within the FMCG/Retail sector. The organisation is currently in a transformative state and is looking for a cutting-edge HR Business Partner to support the business as it undergoes change.

    Critical requirements will include:

    • Business Partner the leadership team to help define their functional strategy
    • Develop and deliver a People Plan with the business area leadership which outlines achievable/ prioritised initiatives to improve measurable results.
    • Future proof the organisation with the right skills and capabilities by advising business leaders and agreeing activities for acquisition, succession, retention, early career and high potential development designed to improve business performance.
    • Act as a strategic partner to work with business leaders to deploy HR initiatives within their business area. Perform the lead role in culture, organisation design and effectiveness and change management.
    • Utilise data analytics to identify trends and drive business critical decisions
