IT Support Analyst required to join agricultural manufacturing client based in fife, the company was founded in 1985 and has grown to a £140 million turnover company. You would be part of reasonably small, high performing service desk team who support the whole business across two offices.

This is a first/second line service desk role, and the successful candidate will be required to provide support in person, remotely and over the phone. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package
Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience of working within a Windows domain (AD – setting up users/groups, DHCP (leasing and scopes), DNS, printers, print servers, file servers)
  • Experience of Exchange 2013 or above would be advantageous
  • Experience of supporting users with desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Mobile applications on the Android Platform
  • Experience of networking, cabling and Cisco hardware would also be useful
