The Position:

Services to include management of: definition and maintenance of integrated plan based on the aggregated inputs from multiple workstream PMs; definition of scope; dependency management; tracking against baseline; maintenance of program plan on a page; monitoring and controlling planning process following weekly and monthly planning cycles and CORE Change Control process.

Responsibilities

  • Work with supplier PMO and delivery teams to validate project and program plans;
  • Overseeing the ongoing development and day-to-day execution of all the PMO program and resource planning;
  • Create and maintain credible program plans, compliant with the planning process;
  • Maintaining the program change control processes and performing review and improvements on a monthly basis;
  • Providing guidance and context to the Change Control support role in executing change control activities;
  • Being responsible for providing change request updates from the change control Log in the weekly status update to the CORE leadership team;

Skills and Experience

  • At least 7 years’ experience of project and program management within leading industry or consultancy practice, ideally gained in strategic complex environments for medium to large scale organisations
  • Demonstrable knowledge of multiple project management methodologies
  • Experience of establishing and leading PMO for change functions / programs
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Well-versed working with structured frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, ITIL etc.)
