Python Developer - Machine Learning - Trading Systems - £100K

£70000 - £100000 per annum

Experienced Python Developer required for a new and exciting crypto currency Machine Learning project.

This role will be based in London working on cutting edge trading systems. The successful Python Developer will be working within a team that develop trading systems for multiple asset classes, including the crypto currency world. Also, providing exposure to data science functions which includes extensive use of machine learning algorithms. The majority of their platforms are also deployable on the cloud making use of AWS and google platforms.

The successful Python Developer can look to receive £70k - £100k plus equity share and bonus.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Python development experience
  • Exposure/interest in data science / Machine Learning
  • Solid understanding of functional programming, object oriented programming a computer science foundations
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Exposure to trading systems desirable but no essential

    Highly experienced Solution Architects required for major programme of work covering areas like new applications, systems and platform integration. Must have strong core architecture skills and be able to develop solutions end to end in a large enterprise environment.

    Essential areas of experience include:-

    I am seeking a highly commercial HR Business Partner to shape and lead the people agenda within a fast paced organisation operating within the FMCG/Retail sector. The organisation is currently in a transformative state and is looking for a cutting-edge HR Business Partner to support the business as it undergoes change.

    Critical requirements will include:

    • Business Partner the leadership team to help define their functional strategy
    • Develop and deliver a People Plan with the business area leadership which outlines achievable/ prioritised initiatives to improve measurable results.
    • Future proof the organisation with the right skills and capabilities by advising business leaders and agreeing activities for acquisition, succession, retention, early career and high potential development designed to improve business performance.
    • Act as a strategic partner to work with business leaders to deploy HR initiatives within their business area. Perform the lead role in culture, organisation design and effectiveness and change management.
    • Utilise data analytics to identify trends and drive business critical decisions
    • Work in a highly collaborative way to engage the business in critical initiatives on the people agenda.



    Experience & Skills

    • Proven experience of working as an HR Business Partner within a large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders, including matrix relationships.
    • Extensive experience of driving a people agenda in a transformative environment
    • Communicates, challenges and influences a variety of stakeholders with an ability to build constructive relationships in a culturally diverse environment.
    • Systemic approach to problem solving and able to convert proposals and ideas into a practical reality.
    • Adaptable to changing business needs and understand commercial drivers.
