    I am currently seeking an experienced payroll administrator on the behalf of a global company operating within the logistics and supply chain industry. They are looking to employ a bright, personable and diligent individual on a permanent basis within their new and vibrant Paddington office.     Key accountabilities include;

    • Advising and dealing with HR, managers and employees queries in an efficient manner
    • Management of payslips and other documentations such as P45, P11D & P60
    • Running monthly reports and perform data cleansing exercises to maintain the integrity of the CoreHR system’s data
    • Calculating and processing all statutory payments and entitlements in accordance with the current legislations
    • Ensuring compliance with the taxation of employee benefits

    • Providing a high level of customer service to all internal customers

    My client are keen to speak to individuals with the following:

    • Experience of CoreHR or Orcale-based payroll systems

    • Experience of manually checking statutory payments and manually checking Tax and NI contributions
    • Sound experience using V Look-Ups and Pivot tables
    • Understanding of all HMRC submissions, such as RTI, P11D & PSA
