Tier 1 Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf are now seeking creative and talented Front End Developers, to join one of their most prestigious, Innovative and exciting teams within the business. The successful candidate will be joining the FX team and will have the opportunity to work on a completely greenfield project. They will be playing a lead role within the team whilst getting to be very hands on and do what they are most passionate about!

The systems the successful candidate will be working on are based on stream processing and micro services. The team are working at the forefront of technology on a cutting edge project using cloud environments and Kubernetes to scale as required. They will get the chance to work with some of the keenest and brightest minds in data science,UI/UX , big data, web development, software engineering and more on a global platform.

This role will suit someone who can bring passion, energy and great coding to the team! The successful candidate needs to be someone who wants to take ownership over the work they do and confident to contribute new ideas to the project!

Essential:

Working within a specific service line, you will execute the change communications strategy to engage c.1250 employees through their innovation transformation and change agenda.

    You will have the opportunity to work amongst a collaborative and supportive team, and report to the Communications & Engagement lead and Change Programme Director within this specific service line.     Rules & Compliance Manager – Job Specification


    This is a new position within the Rules & Compliance team (R&C) reporting directly to its head.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Preparation and maintenance of Compliance Assurance Plans (CAP), Compliance Monitoring Plans (CMP) and Compliance Risk Assessments (CRA)
    • Stay up to date and informed of changing legislations and regulations that affect business operations.
    • Work independently as well as within the wider Compliance teams.
    • Implement and Maintain the Compliance Monitoring Plan (CMP)
    • Support a wide variety of areas within the business

    Key Skills

    • Degree level education or equivalent.
    • Experience of working within the financial services industry – trading venue experience would be preferable but is not essential.
    • Demonstrable understanding of, and practical experience in, delivering a Compliance Framework.
    • Proficient in use of MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
