We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to add to our team in Poland. With a client base in place, you will assist with recruitment delivery, management of candidate/client processes and other recruitment administration duties as required, such as referencing, compliance and data management using our recruitment software application.

This role is supported by one of our UK Technology Directors who is based in London and previous recruitment experience is essential. Ideally you will have recruited in the technology space and any knowledge of applications development technologies would be a distinct advantage. Primarily this is a delivery role, so you will need excellent resourcing skills. However, other duties will include assisting with pre-employment screening and other operational tasks as required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Resourcing using LinkedIn, job board advertising and other suitable sources.
  • Qualification of candidates via phone, MS Teams, Zoom etc, to identify the best talent in market.
  • Managing candidate process, from CV submission to negotiating offers.
  • Assist the UK Director with organising interviews and other support as necessary.
  • Ensure the recruitment system is kept up to date with candidates and client information.
  • Following up on business development leads where appropriate.
  • Ensuring that all appropriate screening documentation and checks (employment and academic reference requests, credit checks, criminal record checks, proof of right to work checks) have been completed accurately and efficiently, liaising with the Back Office team in UK when appropriate.
  • Providing professional correspondence with candidates and clients on various issues of the screening and contracts process.

The successful candidate:

  • Previous Recruitment experience within a technology environment.
  • Proven resourcing skills, including use of LinkedIn and other sources.
  • Can demonstrate excellent candidate and client management skills.
  • Knowledge of pre-employment screening and other recruitment support skills, would be an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English are essential.
  • Will be self-motivated with a flexible, hands-on approach.
  • Will have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Scrum Master
    £80000 - £90000 per annum

    My leading investment banking client are looking to bring on an experienced Scrum Master with a background in software development.

    Candidates should have:

    • Extensive experience as a Scrum Master in a variety of different organisations/cultures.
    • Experience in a Software Product / IT Development sphere is essential (Financial preferred),
    • Expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe)
    • Expertise in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, transparency
    • Expertise in the use of JIRA/Confluence
    • Expertise around backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, Epics/Features/Stories
    • Expert knowledge of the software development processes and understanding of Team needs within it
    • Experience of building out a Technical Agile environment (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins/TeamCity, Git/BitBucket, SonarQube)
    • Experience of the IBMi platform, RPG/SQL, Java is a bonus – people from a technical background are preferred
    • Experience of Test Automation in an Agile context a bonus
    • Professional certifications like CSM, PSM, CSPO, CSP, SA, SPC or equivalent are a bonus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
    • Knowledge of other scaled approaches discussed in the Agile space is a bonus (Nexus, LeSS, DSDM)
    • Be comfortable challenging and influencing Stakeholders including Senior Management

  • VMware / Python Developer
    £600 - £650 per day + PAYE

    VMWare / Python Developer - Automation - ESXI - BitBucket - Cloud - Bournemouth (office 2-3 days, rest WFH)

    Contract - 6 months, up to £650/day PAYE

    Global financial services client is looking for a VMware / Python Developer to join their team in Bournemouth on a contract basis. The team focus on delivering modern, distributed Infrastructure-as-a-Service (Iaas) capabilities to support the needs of business applications. Responsible for automating and delivering the platforms in support of the services, that revolve around VMware technologies. The focus is to achieve a comprehensive end-to-end delivery of components that are fully compliant and production ready.

    Skills and experience required:

    • Extensive VMware infrastructure development experience (ideally 10+years), particularly on deploying ESXi 6.5, 7.0 and products vROps, VRO, VCSA, and other virtual appliances.
    • Python development experience, particularly on automating infrastructure deployments
    • Good knowledge of deploying products using ansible and bitbucket.
    • Experience of working at an enterprise level and scale
    • Working knowledge of private cloud technologies would be beneficial.
