Recruitment Manager - Operations

£40000 - £45000 per annum



I am seeking a Recruitment Manager who is passionate about recruitment for the Operations function to lead on the hiring into this function for a growing business. The role is seeking someone who can get underneath the skin of the Operations division with a strong network for hiring into the Operations functions including roles like facilities managers, maintenance, customer service associates etc working to reduce time to hire and attracting the best talent in the market in cost effect ways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the full end to end recruitment for the business by sourcing and screening CVs, conducting telephone interviews, interview coordination, and compensation negotiations.
  • Fully manage the recruitment process ensuing a smooth and positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Focus on direct recruitment methods and tools for the most cost and time effective recruitment.
  • Be a trusted advisor, building strong and trusted relationships with key stakeholders getting under the skin of the Operations business and working with them to build talent pipelines.
  • Manage and schedule recruitment diaries and ensuring all correspondence is dealt with timely.
  • Set up and manage external recruitment events (career fairs, networks and industry events);
  • Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, ensuring they are accurate and give guidance and advice around hiring techniques
  • When appropriate engage and manage the PSL and third party relationships .
  • Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels focusing on building employer brand in order to attract talent.
  • Maintain data, developing appropriate reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.

Skills And Expertise

  • Experience of managing recruitment (preferably in-house) for Operations with a passion and drive for this function. Experience within leisure, retail, hospitality or property management sectors is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fully skilled interviewer.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Excellent network and understanding of how to build brand and recruitment strategies within operations.
  • Patient, communicative, collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal skills.

    Our client, a tier 1 global banking group, is looking for a Payments and Cash Management Lawyer looking at digital payments and ecommerce. They position will be Senior Legal Counsel within their (GLCM) area. It is a 6-month contract position offering £350 - £500 per day. The role is based in London.


    • The role will focus on contractual matters surrounding liquidity and cash management and you will be required to undertake negotiations
    • Collaboration with GLCM’s documentation and sales team will also be required
    • You will provide legal advice, support and legal risk management to payments and cash management eChannels area within the organisation

    Skills and experience

    • Qualified lawyer
    • Experience within financial services law, particularly banking
    • Advantageous to have compliance and corporate experience however not necessary
    • Specialist and detailed knowledge and experience in corporate trust and fiduciary risk
    • Strong leadership, management and communication skills
