My client is a global oil and gas company seeking a Resourcing Specialist to support hiring permanent staff. Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process from role definition through to on-boarding, this is a hands-on resourcing role that requires solid in-house recruitment experience.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Accountable for recruitment strategies, business consulting and campaign plans for multiple businesses as assigned by Recruitment Lead
  • Primary point of contact hiring managers & HR
  • Manage a portfolio of requisitions and conducts full -cycle recruiting across disciplines
  • Manage and participate in the selection process to include assessing candidate applications, screening, interviewing, and recommending finalists, offer management and filling he staffing needs with the defined service and performance criteria
  • Responsible for the selection and use of agencies as part of an overall staffing plan
  • Provide counsel to client groups and HR partners on resourcing initiatives, campaigns, and recruiting metrics to influence stakeholders
  • Measures ongoing recruiting performance through metrics
  • Primary accountability for ATS data integrity and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Significant in-house recruitment experience managing high volume permanent recruitment (circa 100 roles/year).
  • A demonstrable track record of success in delivering multiple hands-on recruitment programmes over a 6-12 month period.
  • Knowledge and experience of recruiting in the market for multiple job disciplines
  • Able to show specific examples of applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building PSLs, recruitment advertising, web tools, ERP etc).
  • Significant experience in developing and delivering recruitment MI on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Detailed knowledge of operating ATS (applicant tracking systems) ideally Brass Ring or similar.
  • A strong awareness of brand management and the employee value proposition.
  • Strong influencing skills, able to provide specific examples of building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes e.g. improving the recruitment process.
  • Subject matter knowledge of employment law
