My client has won multiple awards and constantly growing, they are now seeking a strong Ruby/Ruby on Rails contractor on a 6 month bases to join the London team.

Requirements

  • 4 Ruby experience (can use outside the rails frameworks)
  • Knowledge of Rails framework and its best practices
  • Knowledge of RubyGems and Bundler
  • Experience in Test Driven Development using the most widespread libraries
  • Good Knowledge of databases, SQL and query optimization
  • Confident in using Git and pull request based approach
  • Basic front end-knowledge including CSS3 (SASS), coffeescript and backbon

My client is looking to pay £380 - £500 depending on your experience. The contract would be 6 month with the intention of extending.

    Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst required for global name in Financial Services. The Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will play a crucial role in protecting the organisation from cyber security threats by delivering a range of highly effective information security technology services.

    The Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will also be required to act as a part of the incident response team where appropriate , perform technical research into advanced, targeted attacks, malware campaigns, malware and other emerging technologies that could endanger networks and applications.

    The Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst will also produce reports based on intelligence gatherings and feedback to key business stakeholders up to CISO level as well as other stakeholders in IT Operational risk. I am currently looking for an experienced Fixed Income Configuration/ Release Management Specialist to join a top investment bank based in London. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.

Key responsibilities:

My client is looking for a technical, hands-on specialist to handle aspects of the testing and release process, and help improve their automated build, release, integration and testing infrastructure for the pricing and risk modelling libraries. The role spans the end-to-end software development cycle, including managing source code branches, preparing and delivering release candidate builds into testing, working with QA, IT and desk-aligned strategies teams through the test cycle; and helping to integrate the libraries into consumer applications. The successful candidate will help to maintain and improve the build, test and configuration automation covering the entire lifecycle across several million lines of C , java, and scala source code.
