SAP Digital Business Analyst

Contract - 6-month (Inside IR35)

Up to £500 per day

Mainly Remote, 2 days per month in office (Coventry area)


YOUR ROLE
To delivery employee data integration to our new business travel management solution. You’ll work closely with internal HR process and IT teams and IT partners to support the wider implementation of our new business travel provider. You’ll also, be involved with the realignment of the employee expense payment process, moving it from a bespoke SAP vendor-based solution to align with the standard application-based process (currently SAP Concur).

Prior experience of working on SAP data integration workstreams as well as experience in building and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong analytical and communication skills are required. Experience in change management/ HR system implementations/transformation programmes would be a major advantage.

Skills

Required

  • Experience in SAP data integration projects
  • Experience of HR data flow process mapping
  • Experience of Data mapping - ‘as is’ versus future state
  • Data governance - Understanding of data protection standards, in terms of data sharing etc.
  • Ability to prioritise their workload
  • A great communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows applications (Excel, Powerpoint and Word) and SAP

Desirable

  • Experience with Concur Expenses as a superuser/system administrator
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment and use of Jira toolset
