Unified Comms / Messaging Specialist

Major infrastructure team requires a messaging specialist to own 3rd line escalations across the global platform.

What will the role entail?

You will be the 3rd line escalation for a number of messaging platforms including; Exchange 2016, Lync 2013 and Blackberry UEM.
You will also be responsible for implementing updates and improvements across the client’s messaging stack.
The successful candidate will also be required to support other key project workstreams, often to very strict deadlines.
Necessary technical experience

Microsoft Active Directories: Group Policy / SYSVOL / ADFS / DHCP / performance troubleshooting.
Lync 2013
Blackberry UEM
Microsoft Azure
Virtualization – VMware / Hyper-V
Extensive networking knowledge.
Personally, the chosen candidate will be;

Highly motivated.
Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
A Team-player.
Proven ability to closely examine technology issues and design solutions
Initial contract is for 6mths but a strong chance of renewal.

  • IT Helpdesk Support (MSP)
    £30000 - £35000 per annum

    IT Helpdesk Support - MSP experience - Desktop - Office 365 - 1st/2nd Line - London/City

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their team. They are looking for a motivated individual with MSP experience to join a Global IT Support helpdesk in London. The role requires a reliable, confident and pro-active person who will get involved in projects as well.

    No shift work required - Monday to Friday (9:00-17:30)

    Skills and experience required:

    • Experience working for an MSP essential
    • Previous experience of working within a Desktop Support role
    • Good working knowledge of the deployment of Microsoft Office Products
    • Previous experience of using / supporting users in an Office 365 environment.
    • Basic networking knowledge including understanding IP addressing, DNS, WIFI and Ethernet connections for troubleshooting client PC connectivity

  • Full-stack Developer

    Full-stack (.Net Core/Angular) Developer – Manchester – Greenfield – Perm - .Net Core, Angular, AWS

    They are looking for multiple Developers to join their Agile focused full-stack development teams. They are looking for someone who is passionate, eager to learn and someone who is keen to collaborate and offer innovative solutions.

    This will be a permanent position. Salary is flexible dependent on experience, but they are looking between £50,000 – 60,000 per annum. Also, they can offer 1-2 days working from home.

    Skills required:

    • Experience across full-stack development – commercial experience using .Net Core, commercial experience with JavaScript frameworks (ideally Angular)
    • Has experience of microservice architecture
    • Has proven record of working in Agile methodology
    • Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS)
    • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
    • Experience working at Enterprise level
    • Experience in Finance sector is desirable but not essential
