Unified Comms / Messaging Specialist

Major infrastructure team requires a messaging specialist to own 3rd line escalations across the global platform.

What will the role entail?

You will be the 3rd line escalation for a number of messaging platforms including; Exchange 2016, Lync 2013 and Blackberry UEM.
You will also be responsible for implementing updates and improvements across the client’s messaging stack.
The successful candidate will also be required to support other key project workstreams, often to very strict deadlines.
Necessary technical experience

Microsoft Active Directories: Group Policy / SYSVOL / ADFS / DHCP / performance troubleshooting.
Lync 2013
Blackberry UEM
Microsoft Azure
Virtualization – VMware / Hyper-V
Extensive networking knowledge.
Personally, the chosen candidate will be;

Highly motivated.
Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
A Team-player.
Proven ability to closely examine technology issues and design solutions
Initial contract is for 6mths but a strong chance of renewal.

  • HRIS Global Lead - Workday

    I am seeking an HRIS Lead with extensive Workday experience to join a large, global highly matrix organisation to manage the technical operations and data management of all HR Systems predominantly around Workday. This role will have the lead on all aspects of the Workday system including leading on the Workday HR System configuration, enhancement, audit and deployment. You will act as the interface with core business stakeholders and Workday to optimisation of use, so you will need to be strong as both a technical expert and programme lead.
    Core Responsibilities:

    • Partner with HR, IT, and Business project sponsors to bring definition to HRIS Projects; create project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, resource requirements and timelines.
    • Develop project plans in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders to execute strategic HR initiatives, distribute work among team members, set expectations, and relentlessly drive to deliver projects with excellence, on time and on budget.
    • Ensure effective interaction with HR specialty functions, finance/payroll and information technology based on assigned responsibilities. Assist in prioritizing and delivering on overall Global HR Solutions work activities.
    • Facilitate problem-solving activities to define problems, assess current state root causes, design and test solutions, and implement solutions leading to desired outcomes tied to business results
    • Configure, enhance, and support various Workday modules including payroll, absence tracking and time tracking.
    • Partner closely with business and support teams to understand system end-user needs and provide recommendations to keep Workday business processes simple and efficient.
    • Lead continuous improvement projects, such as improving Workday processes, workflows, integrations and data integrity.
    • Maintain and administer Workday security groups, foundational tables, and all Workday inbound and outbound integrations.
    • Model and ensure excellent communication across all stakeholder groups. Collaborate with members of the Global HR solutions management team to help ensure completeness of overall service delivery.



    Experience required:

    • Extensive expertise in managing Workday in a global environment including direct responsibility for integrations, reporting and analytics.
    • Extensive experience of managing enterprise HR Management Systems
    • Workday Partner or Customer Pro certifications advantageous, including Integrations, Studio, Security Reporting & Analytics
    • Comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment
    • Demonstrated successful application of project management methodology, tools, and best practices
    • Exceptional people skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users.

    My client a consultancy in Belgium, are seeking a Project Manager to work on a large customer experience CX project. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing CX work-stream activity as well as ensuring the implementation of deliverables.
