Responsibilities:

  • Capturing innovations, lessons learned and successes on projects to spread knowledge by sharing them with the wider organization
  • Lead a range of Agile projects
  • Support the Product Owner in developing and managing the backlog, creating appropriate stories, grooming, and prioritisation
  • Acting as a servant leader for motivated, collaborative and enthusiastic cross-functional teams to guide software projects and to ensure successful delivery
  • Partnering with your stakeholders to plan the product roadmap to support business strategies and goals
  • Help the team to understand their process and achieve reliable, predictable delivery

Key skills:

  • Extensive background as a Scrum Master
  • DEVOPS experience is a MUST
  • Must have experience managing a full SDLC
  • Agile Delivery is a MUST
  • Product Delivery
  • Financial services experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Strong stakeholdermanagement
  • Strong communication skills is a MUST

    Highly experienced Solution Architects required for major programme of work covering areas like new applications, systems and platform integration. Must have strong core architecture skills and be able to develop solutions end to end in a large enterprise environment.

    I am seeking a highly commercial HR Business Partner to shape and lead the people agenda within a fast paced organisation operating within the FMCG/Retail sector. The organisation is currently in a transformative state and is looking for a cutting-edge HR Business Partner to support the business as it undergoes change.

    Critical requirements will include:

    • Business Partner the leadership team to help define their functional strategy
    • Develop and deliver a People Plan with the business area leadership which outlines achievable/ prioritised initiatives to improve measurable results.
    • Future proof the organisation with the right skills and capabilities by advising business leaders and agreeing activities for acquisition, succession, retention, early career and high potential development designed to improve business performance.
    • Act as a strategic partner to work with business leaders to deploy HR initiatives within their business area. Perform the lead role in culture, organisation design and effectiveness and change management.
    • Utilise data analytics to identify trends and drive business critical decisions
    • Work in a highly collaborative way to engage the business in critical initiatives on the people agenda.



    Experience & Skills

    • Proven experience of working as an HR Business Partner within a large complex organisation with multiple stakeholders, including matrix relationships.
    • Extensive experience of driving a people agenda in a transformative environment
    • Communicates, challenges and influences a variety of stakeholders with an ability to build constructive relationships in a culturally diverse environment.
    • Systemic approach to problem solving and able to convert proposals and ideas into a practical reality.
    • Adaptable to changing business needs and understand commercial drivers.

IT Project Manager - Agile - SDLC (permanent) - City of London

SAVE
£40000 - £50000 per annum benefits bonus

A well established financial services company based in the City of London is looking for an IT Project Manager.

You will work on the delivery of multiple software development projects within an Agile environment.

All applicants must have prior Financial Services experience. You must also have experience of delivering SDLC projects in an Agile environment.

On a day to day basis you will be involved in -

  • Implement defined projects as agreed with the IT Programme Manager and CTO
  • Ensure technical projects are appropriately scoped and estimated
  • Work with the engineering teams to ensure that outputs are delivered on time and within budget
  • Agree milestones and collect data on project progress
