Experience Required:

  • Certified Scrum Master

  • Understanding of DevOps and Agile principles

  • HR Administrator
    £26000 - £30000 per annum

    I am seeking an experience HR Administrator for a permanent role in a fast paced client within the financial services sector. This role will be supporting the HR function on all HR Administrative aspects for the 200 strong business and the successful candidate will highly organised and efficient.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with the full onboarding and offboarding process.
    • Maintain and develop HR databases encompassing the full employee lifecycle.
    • Assist with the documentation for transfers, employment and those leaving the company.
    • Retain employee records and ensure they are updated.
    • Support the team with any projects and advise on HR queries
    • Provide support with the recruitment process.

    Desired Experience:

    • Prior experience of working as an HR Administrator within a small financial services organisation
    • Extensive experience navigating Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Acute attention to detail
    • Proven track record of process efficiency
    • An analytical mind who enjoys working with systems and data.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good numeracy skills
    • Someone who understands the importance of planning

    Unique Glasgow client currently require a number of Java Engineers with a strong computer science background required to work. This role is working with a organisation in Glasgow to offer work that no other client is working on using the latest tech to create next generation solutions across their platform - as such we're looking to speak to real computer science focussed developers who understand logic and mathematical systems.

    Apache Airflow Specialist

    Apache Airflow, Data Engineering, Python, AWS, Data pipelines, Big Data, Linux, Shell, Data Management, Metadata, Enterprise architecture

    An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Apache Airflow specialist to work within the Data Engineering team with a leading Financial Services organisation. They are looking for someone with solid Data Engineering skills, but specifically to work on the Airflow tool.

    Key skills/experience required:

    • Profound experience in working with Airflow
    • Experience on installing Airflow at Enterprise level
    • At least 3 years of experience with Python
    • Minimum 2 years of experience on Linux/Shell Scripting
    • Experience in developing guidelines for Airflow clusters and DAG's and writing complex DAG’S
    • Experience with performance tuning of DAG’S and task implementations
    • Understanding of Airflow rest services and integration of Airflow of platform eco-system
    • Experience building and optimizing - big data - data pipelines, architectures, and data sets
    • Experience in working with unstructured datasets
    • Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management
    • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
    • Cloud experience (AWS) is desirable
