Our client is a large global financial services organisation who are looking for an Employee Insights Manager to join the team.

You will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across the employee population, delivering insights to enhance understanding of employees. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple countries and partner with a number of business areas providing expertise and advice on employee engagement projects.

A creative approach will be required to carry out this opportunity as well as the experience presenting reports and results on key projects.

To be considered:

  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, ideally across the employee population
  • Worked within a large business, global would be beneficial
  • Presented reports and results to key stakeholders across the business
  • Demonstrable experience coming up with new ideas

The successful candidate will assist the EPM technical lead to resolve all system issues, as well as supporting the day-to-day function to support all of the teams across the business.

    I’m currently recruiting for a growing Service provider, they are a well-established business that deliver a reliable service and solutions to thousands of institutes across the UK.

    They are looking for a Systems/DevOps Engineer to be responsible for the running of their platform and infrastructure for a role based in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

This role will act as a bridge between Data and Marketing teams, you will take responsibility for improving performance and ensure there is a constant communication channel between both teams. This role will not just be a reporting position, it will require the post holder to package up tactics and strategies so a reasonable amount of experience in both strategic and hands on positions will be essential.

McGregor Boyall are currently hiring for a Head of Marketing & Digital Recruitment. The successful candidate will inherit an established team of three Consultants. You will need to guide and manage the existing Recruitment team and build and grow out the practice. The aim is to take this to a team of six within the next 18 months. You will also be responsible for developing new business and building and managing a new area yourself, with the assistance of a Resourcer. This is a hands-on billing and Managing position with both personal and team based targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with our existing client base to develop these accounts
  • Manage, coach and develop the existing team members
  • Build out the practice to increase the team size to six in an 18 month period
  • Manage your own desk, ideally bringing in new contacts and growing our client base
  • A key focus on Business Development to win new accounts
  • Working closely with our Marketing team to help build the teams brand

Key experience / skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing Recruitment is key, alongside some Digital (non Tech) experience such as Product / Strategy / Digital Marketing
  • A good understanding of the Marketing Communications sector
  • Evidence of having built a desk through Business Development
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Experience of managing and developing a small team
