Senior HR Advisor is needed for this entrepreneurial organisation. An international role that will offer you personal and professional development.

Working in a HR Generalist capacity you will be instrumental in supporting the HRD with both operational HR and key projects.

You will need to demonstrate you are commercially focussed and hands on with all aspects of HR including, ER, Policy, HRIS, data analytics and administration.

Your ability to build rapport across the business and manage key stakeholder requirements will be vital in this role.

You will have a drive and determination to ensure high quality HR service, building on the credibility of HR in the organisation.

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Senior HR Advisor in an SME, that is both commercial and international
  • Experience supporting and working with senior stakeholders
  • A strong foundation in operational HR
  • Demonstrable ER experience and employment law knowledge
  • CIPD membership or equivalent qualification

    Job Responsibilities

    This will be a very “hands on” technical role requiring the individual to act as a technical lead to help lead and build a team of around 10-15 engineers.

    The role is with a global banking client but within a function tasked with building platforms for areas that run across the entire bank. Part of their new Digital Banking initiatives has seen the demand for building in-house platforms increase and the client is now looking at building out a platform which will act as an internal global “community” where centralised technical information can be accessed / shared across the organisation.

    Please note this role requires no previous Banking / Financial Services experience but candidates should have worked on large-scale systems within their respective industry domains.

    The role requires (but is not limited) to the following criteria:

    • Proven experience as a Technical Lead who can lead and build engineering teams (10+) as well as take ownership with experience managing global stakeholders up to the C level
    • Must possess “Hands on” Technical ability & still maintain a passion to code.
    • Contribute towards the overall design and architecture of the platform.
    • Engage directly with C-Level stakeholder with an ability to own and drive the relevance of current / upcoming technology trends to continuously evolve this “community”.

    Key Technical Skills

I am seeking an HRIS Lead with extensive Workday experience to join a large, global highly matrix organisation to manage the technical operations and data management of all HR Systems predominantly around Workday – Payroll, Time Tracking & Absence. This role will have the lead on all aspects of the Workday system for these platforms including leading on the Workday HR System configuration, enhancement, audit and deployment. You will act as the interface with core business stakeholders and Workday to optimisation of use, so you will need to be strong as both a technical expert and programme lead.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR, IT, and Business project sponsors to bring definition to HRIS Projects; create project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, resource requirements and timelines.
  • Design solutions and build system configurations to support functional requirements
  • Analyse and assess impact of Workday releases and modify systems as necessary around payroll, absence and time tracking.
  • Test planning, implementation and follow-up for configuration changes and systems enhancements
  • Collaborate with internal HR and Payroll teams as well as 3rd party partners to gather and document detailed requirements for system improvements and the development of new technology
  • Ensure effective interaction with HR specialty functions, finance/payroll and information technology based on assigned responsibilities. Assist in prioritizing and delivering on overall Global HR Solutions work activities.
  • Partner closely with business and support teams to understand system end-user needs and provide recommendations to keep Workday business processes simple and efficient.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects, such as improving Workday processes, workflows, integrations and data integrity.

Experience required:

  • Hands-on experience in reporting, calculated fields, and security

Our client requires a HR Administrator to work closely with the HR Manager for an international Asset Management organisation. Providing confidential administrative support to the HR team and wider business.
