My client is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner to join a very influential organisation that is always looking to make a positive contribution to the UK. As the HR Partner, you will partner with the business to support on all aspects of HR including ER, Performance Change & Talent Management.

This role is for a commercially focussed and hands on Senior HR Advisor or Business Partner with a proven track record of supporting senior stakeholders and line managers across the business in a large organisation.

  • The role will partner with business areas and subject matter experts to deliver the people agenda which is aligned to the business strategy
  • To work with the business area to build capability and capacity with the line managers
  • Support on organisational change
  • Support on the establishment of talent management and succession planning
  • Provide guidance and solutions on ER and Performance

Experience

  • Previous experience as a Senior HR Advisor or Business Partner supporting and working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in change and leadership management
  • Demonstrable experience in coaching and influencing
  • Excellent employee relations experience
  • Sound Talent Management experience
  • Line management experience will be highly regarded

CIPD membership or equivalent qualification

This team are at the forefront of the development for funds European platform development, developing the core components and tools used by the Traders and Wealth Managers across the business.

    The system is primarily modern Core Java, implemented with a microservices architecture and includes deployment to the cloud using AWS.   • PAR and Distressed Loan Closer

    Description
    The EMEA Loan Trading business is part of the Corporate and Investment Bank’s Global Credit Trading platform. The business trades all privately issued loans, including second lien and mezzanine securities and in the case of distressed loans any successor or restructured instruments including restructured equity.
    The client base includes the top European banks, credit funds, CLO investors, hedge funds and private equity clients. The desk serves each of these clients with opportunities from Investment Grade to distressed and complex restructurings.


    Loan Trading Documentation – Par & Distressed Loan Closer position entails the following:

    • Working in a very dynamic environment and partnering with the trading desk, external clients, legal counsel and operations to settle primary / secondary par and distressed loan trades across EMEA
    • Understanding, reviewing and drafting LMA standard documents and other trade-related documents including confirms, assignment agreements, claims, proceeds letters, participation agreements, cash collateral agreements and multilateral agreements
    • Coordinating with internal and external legal counsel to agree to proposed changes to trade documents
    • Reviewing and understanding syndicated credit agreements with specific focus on transfer mechanics
    • Managing a challenging trade portfolio across various lines of business while maintaining a healthy aging profile and driving reduced settlement times
    • Identifying and escalating issues to the front office trading assistants / traders / sales people, internal legal counsel and operations management
    • Escalating LMA trade confirmation issues, focusing primarily on key economics, language and fee-related disputes
    • Working directly with counterparties, internal partners and external Agents to resolve issues
    • Monitoring / tracking / reporting of all escalated issues using appropriate workflow tools
    • Coordinating timely and precise trade settlement with various settlement groups across WLO
    • Performing trade-related calculations, including delayed compensation, cost of carry and benefit of commitment reductions
    • Creating and understanding key metrics reporting for front office teams; daily / weekly / monthly reporting of open / closed / new trade population
    • Responsible for waiver and amendment monitoring for credits where necessary
    • Working on non-BAU projects and initiatives designed to improve automation and strengthen the team’s control environment


    Qualifications / Experience

    • Extensive knowledge of the LMA market to include bankruptcy and restructurings; experience in distressed closings would be particularly desirable
    • Subject matter expertise in relation to loan transfer documentation and loan settlements
    • Knowledge of Loan IQ and ClearPar preferred
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Self-motivation with tangible examples of demonstrating drive and initiative
    • Highly organised
    • Extremely detailed and control orientated; keen to understand the detail
    • Ability to multitask efficiently under pressure and in a fast paced environment

I am seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to cover a 6 month interim contract to support the HR Partners and key business stakeholders on all aspects of employee relations, policy and legislation within an investment management organisation.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the effective manager of ER-related risks (legal, financial and reputations for employee relations including disciplinary, grievances, litigation case management, restructures/reorganisations and performance management
  • Act as the internal escalation and expert on all aspects of ER and build effective relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Ensure all ER strategy, policies and processes are compliant with legislation and tie in effectively with both commercial and functional HR requirements
  • Apply and utilise ER metrics to offer sound solutions and manage risk

Key skills & experience required:

  • Qualified up to degree level or equivalent

Seeking a Workday specialist with high level expertise on the Workday Recruiting platform for a 12 month fixed term contract. The role is with a large, global highly matrix organisation to manage the technical operations and data management around Workday – Recruiting. This role will have the lead on all aspects of the Workday system for Talent Acquisition including leading on the Workday HR System configuration, enhancement, audit and deployment. You will act as the interface with core business stakeholders in Talent Acquisition and Workday for optimisation of use, so you will need to be strong as both a technical expert and programme lead.
Core Responsibilities:
