My client, based a short distance away from Canary Wharf, are currently seeking a senior HR Coordinator to manage the logistics of large scale recruitment campaigns. This is a temporary role that will last 3 months, and the key accountabilities include; ushering candidates through the process, updating their applicant tracking system (ATS), scheduling interview panels, printing and arranging interview packs, ensuring their right to work items are accurately scanned and uploaded to the ATS and greeting candidates face to face.

The ideal candidate will have the following

  • Experience of volume recruitment – dealing with a vast amount of candidates, rooms and activities all at once
  • Previous experience of managing diaries using Microsoft Outlook
  • Immaculate attention to detail with strong administration skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel and inputting data
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Regulatory Compliance Officer
    £45000 - £55000 per annum + Benefits


    • Provide assistance in developing and implementing a risk-based compliance monitoring programme, identifying, assessing, monitoring and reporting all material compliance risks.
    • Key responsibility for day to day monitoring and reporting of compliance risks.
    • maintaining and monitoring compliance with key compliance policies, this includes maintaining relevant restricted investment registers, conflicts and gifts and hospitality registrars.
    • Ensure that compliance procedures, systems and controls are up-to-date and effective.
    • Responsibility for escalating any material breaches in compliance to the Head of Compliance.


    • Maintain a detailed understanding of the relevant regulatory requirements to provide advice and guidance to the Head of Compliance and other Compliance colleagues.
    • Be responsible for promoting regulatory awareness through employee training, including working with other members of the Compliance Department to provide both induction training for new employees and regular training to all employees on compliance matters, including internal policies and procedures, the application of standards and guidelines, and relevant laws and enhancing a strong branch-wide compliance culture.

    Risk Assessment

    • Drive the compliance risk assessment process ensuring that the compliance risks are appropriately identified and assessed.


    • Assist the Compliance Department and Front Line to ensure that appropriate AML due diligence checks are carried out.
    • Assist the Compliance Department in keeping internal processes and procedures up to date as required due to regulatory changes.


    • Prepare standard and ad-hoc information and data reports for internal and external reports as required.
    • Prepare and manage appropriate timely management information on compliance and regulatory issues including suggested mitigating actions.
    • Provide input into the Annual Compliance Plan
    • Assist with preparing and coordinating ad-hoc reports on compliance developments as required.

    My leading global investment bank are looking to bring on a Portfolio PMO Analyst to join their International Change PMO.

    Candidates should have:

    • Extensive investment banking experience.
    • Strong PMO skills and working in global PMO functions.
    • Exposure to regulatory change initiatives.
    • Must have worked in a global PMO role
    • Portfolio level experience on financial management, scope control & RAID metrics.
    • Ability to manage and coordinate activities and resources in a project life cycle.
    • Excellent financial analysis & tracking skills. (includes variance analysis, forecast vs actuals).
    • Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret and synthesize complex business and technical environments to scope and control project work which aggregates at portfolio level

HR Analytics - Strategic Insights Manager


The role will be responsible for creating the data and metrics to measure the success of the transformation and impact of the transformation on culture and behaviours reporting up to board level. The role requires advanced knowledge of statistical analysis to drive and predict trends. The role will pull data from multiple sources including employee engagement surveys, talent acquisition tracking, capability and performance and will integrate the data to create strategic dashboard reporting interfacing with senior stakeholders to propose and embed ways of tracking and measuring data.

They are seeking someone who is immediately available or available to start at short notice who is able to drive rapid results against tight deadlines. You should have the following experience:

  • Expertise and awareness of best practice people analytics – Business Intelligence; Measurement strategy; employee listening; strategic workforce planning; predictive analytics; data cube etc.
  • A critical analytics mindset with demonstrable experience of engaging with core stakeholders on projects working in an agile way
  • Experience in working on the implementation of Analytics technology
  • A strong understanding of how to challenge metrics and approach to be based on leading and predictive measures
  • Practical experience in building dashboards, thinking through principles and UX, data acquisition and integration strategy etc.
