Prestigious Global Investment Banking firm seek an experienced Senior Java Developer to work in the firms highly successful E-Trading business offering. Working on a variety of projects including some greenfield replacement projects of existing front office legacy RFQ and pricing applications utilising that latest version of Java.

This is a very exciting opportunity to get a role in a growing team building an electronic digital offering. You will be developing high performance E-Trading components and solutions are cross-product and help consolidate existing functionality.

Hybrid Role 1 day a week in the office. The team are using Agile and TDD. Work closely with business user and are comfortable communicating with stakeholders across the business. You will be developing applications in small pods as part of a bigger team of 20-30 individuals in London utilising the agile development process.

Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, multi-threading, rest. (GIT, Maven etc.) React or WPF may be useful but not a must.

Interest in working for an Investment Bank in a Front Office team. Fixed Income, RFQ or other Front Office Trading systems knowledge useful but not a must.

Object oriented design and development, use of design patterns.

Hybrid working model 1 day per week office based.

Desire to use the latest version of Java. Computer Science Degree BSc

  • Technical consultant - D365 and azure

    The Microsoft Cloud platforms are central to their business strategy and this role will require you to architect and deploy solutions within Microsoft 365 and Azure.

    • Documenting all project work to a high standard
    • Maintaining awareness of new and emerging technologies
    • Assisting with post-installation issues where required

    To be considered for the role we would love you to have some of the following skills & experience;

    • Educated to degree level or equivalent
    • Strong inter-personal skills and can communicate difficult and sensitive information
    • Strong technical documentation and report writing skills
    • Ability to manage a number of on-going projects at any given time and be able to deal with frequent
      change, delays or unexpected events
    • Full valid UK driving license
    • Prince2 Foundation/Practitioner or other project management qualifications would be a distinct advantage
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Azure including Azure IAAS, PAAS, Storage and Networking, Identity and Authentication (MFA), Azure HA/DR, scaling and backup, Azure Monitor
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Threat Protection, Identity and Access Management, Device and Application Management, Information Protection, Compliance, Email and Teams
    • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange Server
    • Virtualisation – Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware.
    • Microsoft desktop operating systems – Windows 10 etc
    • LAN technologies – switching, routing, VLANs etc. (hardware to include HPE, Cisco.) WAN technologies – routers, firewalls (hardware to include Sophos, Cisco, Draytek.)
    • Experience with Azure Automation, Azure CLI, PowerShell scripting. Azure DevOps, including Automation. Kubernetes and Docker. HPE Server and SAN infrastructure.

    As a Business Analyst, you will join their Onboarding and Customer Comms team of a leading Banking Organisation. The organisation are looking to bring a skilled & experienced CCM expert with wide-ranging experience of operational communications transformation & digitisation projects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work with delivery teams, product owners and wider stakeholders in and outside of the lab.

    Essential experience

    • Experience of working as a technical Business Analyst on large scale Customer Communication Management (CCM) transformation/digitisation projects.
    • An in depth understanding of how to elicit requirements for Customer Communications design (including composition, processing and delivery via traditional (paper) and digital (HTML, SMS etc) channels).
    • Adaptable & skilled in the use of industry Business Analysis tools and of working within both waterfall and agile change management frameworks.
    • An understanding of Customer Communications Management software (e.g. Precisely EngageOne, Opentext Dialogue, Quadient etc) & awareness of how to create complex development specifications to meet business.

  • Marketing Lead
    £75000 - £85000 per annum

    Working with a digital asset business is seeking a marketing lead on a permanent basis. This is a new role which would establish the marketing function across the business.

    The business draws together substantial expertise from banking, asset administration, fund management, trading, and digital asset security to establish a secure and scalable digital asset investment business. To support the rapid growth of the company and to accelerate the institutional adoption of digital assets, they are actively seeking to onboard best marketing lead to continue their success story.

    The role:

    • Develop and deliver on their brand strategy and marketing globally
    • Work closely with the sales team to build competitor analysis and create targeted marketing campaigns
    • Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing campaigns with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
    • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies and increase brand awareness and engagement through all digital channels
    • Create, maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

    Ideal candidate:

    • Track record in delivering marketing results within a regulated or financial services industry is a must
    • Experience working in the crypto and digital asset space would be advantageous
    • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy

    This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days in the office whilst team is being established.
