Our client is a large global business who are looking for a Senior Marketing Data Manager to join the business in a newly created position.

This opportunity will allow the postholder to manage large amounts of data, presenting to key stakeholders and working closely with the marketing function. You will need to be analytical with experience of analysing customer behaviour essential.

You will have experience from the FMCG industry where you have been exposed to large complex data sets or from an agency where you could have worked across a range of industries but essentially client facing.

  • Automation QA/ Dev in Test (JavaScript/ Java) - Contract - Lond

    I am currently on the look out for a Automation QA engineer/ Developer in Test (JavaScript/ Java) to join a large organisation based in London. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.


    • You will be working with a modern tech stack on new projects
    • Contribute to a solid software development process, manual and automated testing, through feature ideas and product releases
    • Prepare test cases corresponding to business and functional requirements
    • Devise and carry out both manual and automated tests to establish the quality of the software under test
    • Use the appropriate test automation software to execute test automation scripts
    • Log, prioritise, and track defects
    • Work closely with other testers/ developer

    Skills and responsibilities

    • Strong experience in an Automation QA/ SDET role
    • Strong experience setting up automation frameworks from scratch (JavaScript/ Java)
    • Experience working with Cloud tools (Azure/ AWS) is desirable
    • Technical skill set - scripting, debugging, troubleshooting etc.
    • Managing test plans, bug reports and tracking

    I am currently looking for a ServiceNow Test Analyst to join a top organisation based in London. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Write detailed test cases based on product feature specifications

    Build and refine suite of regression and performance tests

McGregor Boyall are currently hiring for a Head of Marketing & Digital Recruitment. The successful candidate will inherit an established team of three Consultants. You will need to guide and manage the existing Recruitment team and build and grow out the practice. The aim is to take this to a team of six within the next 18 months. You will also be responsible for developing new business and building and managing a new area yourself, with the assistance of a Resourcer. This is a hands-on billing and Managing position with both personal and team based targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with our existing client base to develop these accounts
  • Manage, coach and develop the existing team members
  • Build out the practice to increase the team size to six in an 18 month period
  • Manage your own desk, ideally bringing in new contacts and growing our client base
  • A key focus on Business Development to win new accounts
  • Working closely with our Marketing team to help build the teams brand
  • Working closely with the Talent Team in order to support on your hiring needs
  • New Starter training and coaching, team appraisals and regular one to one meetings

Key experience / skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing Recruitment is key, alongside some Digital (non Tech) experience such as Product / Strategy / Digital Marketing
