A new opportunity has become available within our Risk Finance Treasury Technology team (RFT Tech) for a Senior OLAP Technology Lead. You will play a key role in the delivery of technology initiatives to a variety of business areas: Front Office, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Product Control, Compliance, Supervisors, Regulatory relations and Operations.
What will you be doing?
• Propose and deliver solutions for key market risk data platform applications
• Design and implement SSAS cube data models for accuracy, timeliness, quality and control
• Logical and physical cube data modelling and design
• Design, implementation and configuration of large multi-dimensional data stores – 30+ TB in size
• Overall SSAS OLAP database tuning and query performance optimizations
• Windows scripting and SSIS

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Knowledge of various credit and macro financial products.
• Familiarity with market risk analytics (VAR and Stress).
• Working knowledge of C#, OLAP and Excel APIs.

    The Client

    Mcgregor Boyall have partnered with an international law firm based in the DIFC. Having been established in the region for over 15 years, the firm have an excellent client base and a healthy sized team. This opportunity is for a bilingual Paralegal to support both Corporate and Dispute Resolution teams on a permanent basis.

    The Role

    Supporting two teams will offer you an exciting variety of work whilst working alongside some of the top lawyers in the region. Standard Paralegal duties including research, document review and drafting will be expected with a hands-on, team player attitude. You will be involved in numerous legal tasks such as; company registrations and formations, trade license applications, copyright applications, share purchase and transfer agreements, filing of legal disputes in the relevant court and/or arbitral proceedings.

    The Requirements

    Arabic is an essential and you must have at least 2 years’ experience working for another international law firm. Experience of both Corporate and Disputes would be a major advantage, however experience in only one would be considered.

The main objective of this role is to establish and evolve integration assets for re-use across international markets enterprise. As a senior specialist you will provide comprehensive consultation and technical governance. The ideal candidate should be technically adept. Comfortable with hands-on development whilst equally being able to guide resources, govern standards and liaise with senior stakeholders.
