McGregor Boyall are a global Technology Recruitment company who have been around for 32 years. We are currently hiring an experienced Recruitment Consultant with expertise in the Testing market to join us in our London office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 18 months experience in a 360 Recruitment role, ideally Testing but this isn't essential as long as you have a strong Technology Recruitment background + strong Business Development / Delivery / Client Development skills. We have a very warm platform of clients for you to leverage off, and you will have full responsibility for managing accounts, growing them out, as well as building out our client base within the Commerce & Industry space.

The Team;
Each consultant works a dual desk within a specific niche focus. The Testing team is established and this role will focus on Testing into Commerce & Industry. The team are hard working and driven, credible, sociable, collaborative and fun!

We are looking for;

  • Minimum of 18 months 360 Recruitment experience (Technology needed but not specifically Testing)
  • Strong Business Development and client development skills
  • Good relationship building / Account Management skills
  • Someone who wants to take on a good amount of responsibility from day one
  • Someone who is driven and ambitious

    McGregor Boyall is currently recruiting for a Senior Technical Consultant for a leading organisation based in Kent on a permanent basis. Due to a large amount of growth and success within the department this position has been made available.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage AV supplier vendor relations. Structure, facilitate and manage global procurement agreements for products and services
    • Manage the deployment of Multimedia projects and assist in the detailing of all the areas of the business that need to be brought together under the Multimedia remit.
    • Develop the project scope and the touch points across projects identifying the required resources for each project stream.
      Deliver a high standard of service in accordance with the SLAs for the Collaboration Technology deliverables
    • Assist in the issuing of tenders and review of bid responses from Multimedia consultants and solutions providers

    Skills:

    • Extensive experience working in corporate Multimedia environment
    • Strong knowledge of audio-visual industry standards including commercial integration and commissioning
    • Experience with various operating systems (Mac/Windows)
    • Experience management of Video Conferencing, unified communications, audio/video technologies, products and services
    • Detailed System design, CAD engineering, 3D and UX design
    • Banking or Finance experience required
