£120000 - £150000 per annum



Senior Regulatory Counsel (Payments, SEPA) within a global payments and BaaS platform internationally within FX, payments, acquiring and Open Banking services.

• Acting as an advisor for regulatory matters impacting the business
• Being responsible for maintaining the Groups ongoing compliance with applicable, laws, regulations and guidance, including the Payment Services Directive, Electronic Money Directive, outsourcing guidelines and FCA Principles of Business
• Assisting the product and technical teams to ensure the firm is compliant with applicable regulations and industry guidance
• Provide advice and legal support to ensure the Group has strong governance and operational resilience practices in place
• Acting as the business owner for regulatory risks in the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, including conducting risk assessments, implementing controls to mitigate identified risks and ongoing monitoring
• Horizon scanning to monitor changes to laws and regulations that may impact the business
• Preparing regulatory notifications and filings
• Delivering legal education for the business through bespoke training and raising awareness
• Supporting the wider legal team to provide efficient and effective legal support to the business
• Ad hoc legal and regulatory tasks

• UK qualified solicitor with 4-6 years post-qualification experience (gained either within private practice or in-house)
• A strong working knowledge of the Payment Services Regulation, FinTech regulation, Change of control rules
• Technical knowledge of UK and EEA payment services and e-money regulation
• Open Banking products and services; AIS and PIS
• Crypto asset regulation; regulatory developments in digital assets
• Understanding of FSMA supervisory processes and relevant FCA Handbook rules
• Regulatory advice supporting company growth and delivery of strategic projects
• Regulatory assessments to support material contracts and corporate acquisitions
• Knowledge of EEA passporting rules under PSD, EMD, and CRD5
• Outsourcing, operational resilience, business continuity, wind-down planning

MIFID regulated activities, Crypto asset derivatives, Senior Managers and Certification Regime, EU Wire Transfer Regulations, PRA regulation and supervision, Card scheme rules, Understanding of EU and UK regulations for ‘third country’ country firms, Understanding of payment systems rules (SEPA, SWIFT, Faster Payments, TARGET2)

    They are scaling rapidly and looking for Cloud Support Engineers on a permanent basis.

    As a Cloud Engineer, You will be supporting channel availability on a 24x7 basis for the cloud-native technology platform for one of their dedicated lines of business.

    As this is a Cloud Support Engineer position, day to day, you will be expected to -

    The company are expanding their cloud division and looking for DevOps Engineers to be part of their journey.

    As a DevOps Engineer, You will design and build cutting-edge infrastructure, cloud-based software products running on AWS (Amazon Web Services). You will also need knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform.

    The responsibilities

    • building and setting up new development tools and AWS infrastructure.
    • understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers.
    • working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
    • testing and examining code written by others and analysing results.
    • Work closely with key stakeholders to capture, analyze, and derive DevOps requirements
    • Implement and stay abreast of Cloud and DevOps industry best practices and tooling


    • DevOps Engineer background (or something similar)

    • AWS cloud experience (Amazon Web Services) - Lambda, EC2, RDS, S3, Redshift, VPC, IAM etc

    • Infrastructure as Code - Terraform, CloudFormation
