I am currently looking for a ServiceNow Support Administrator to join a top financial organisation based in London. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.

Reporting to the Delivery Manager, Corporate Systems, the ServiceNow Support Administrator will have the following responsibilities:

Manage user permissions within ServiceNow.

Data Management tasks.

Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Configure and customise workflows and functions including forms, fields, views, reports and dashboards.

Support Business and Technical users of processes within the application.

Experience required;

Experienced ServiceNow Support Administrator

Able to write SQL queries and analyse relational data structures

Experience of working with global teams

Skilled in Scripting/coding, ideally including JavaScript experience

Good analysis and debugging skills

ServiceNow end-user experience as a minimum

Ability to produce end user documentation and train end users

Experience of web application development is desirable

Contract

£300-£350 per day

Location- London

I am currently looking for an Application Support Engineer to join a top financial organisation based in London. The role will be a contract role and will be working on a new project within the business.

Responsibilities:

The main objectives of the Application Support Engineer are to ensure the reliability and stability of assigned environments and applications hosted in those environments. Also supporting rapid delivery of software applications and the underlying infrastructure. The Application Support Engineer will provide solutions to technical issues. You will be responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solutions meet all technical specifications and requirements.

Experience required:

Excellent SQL Skills & Knowledge.

Strong background in Windows Servers (2012, 2013, 2016) and IIS (7, 8)

Experience managing cloud infrastructure, ideally MS Azure.

Excellent Troubleshooting skills, an investigative and analytical mind, looks for solutions, sees things through.
