Candidates who have worked on projects in any of these niche areas would be of high interest, especially if you have worked on one or more projects from a full "end to end" perspective. The prospective customers in the major financial houses - CIO's, CFO's, CDO's, CMO's etc. - are looking for consultation and guidance beyond classic Advisory services and want "trusted partners" to develop customer solutioning further in these key areas.

As the FinTech start-ups and "Digital Disruptors" continue to gain momentum, the big banks and other financial services players want to accelerate their digital journey and there is a healthy appetite to engage consulting firms who can provide talented technical advisors to ensure they have a robust long term plan over the next 3-5 years, and beyond.

  • Talent & Reward Lead
    £450 - £500 per day

    My client is a global bank seeking Talent & Reward Lead. This is a new role required as part of the new Transformation People & Capability Strategy. As part of this strategy the bank will be undergoing four large scale recruitment campaigns in Agile, Design, Data and Engineering.     Accountabilities

    Experience/Skills:

    • Must have strong, up to date market knowledge
    • Proven track record in recruiting incredible talent (preferably with experience in either tech, design or agile recruitment)
    • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment
    • Proven experience of developing and building strong relationships with key stakeholders; engaging effectively at all levels
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in marketing/event management would be highly beneficial
    • Modern and innovative approach to attraction campaigns
    • Access to talent pools and awareness of talent networks and sites
    • Considerable experience as an attraction expert
    • Considerable experience in reward

  • BA-CVA&FVA- Derivatives Risk-Credit Risk- PERM
    £80000 - £130000 per annum Benefit and Bonus

    Location: City of London

    • Experience of working on a system that delivers derivative risk and PnL to trading desks
    • Strong knowledge of at least one class of OTC derivatives (Interest Rates, Equities, Credit, FX)
    • The technical skills and attention to detail required to understand the organisation's data and to explain how IT solutions and processes will look to the end user.
    • Knowledge of SQL and experience analyzing data.
    • An understanding of SDLC, preferably using an agile delivery model
    • understanding of xVA measures, how they are used, how they are calculated and what they are sensitive to.
    • Ideally a working knowledge of credit risk methodology and Basel3 regulations
