Software Engineer
HEDGE FUND OPPORTUNITY - MULTIPLE HIRES
Python, Front Office, Futures, C#, Kubernetes, Cloud
I am currently working with an investment management company set up to pursue systematic trading strategies (currently have 5bn assets under management).
The team are open to any programming language background with a willingness to work with Python: strong CS fundamentals and problem-solving skills matter more to the team than experience in a particular language. No finance experience is required.
The existing team of 7 are looking for two developers to join and work on:
- New FX and Futures execution systems
- New Market Data projects
- Assisting with the implementation of containers and cloud tech
2 days per week in the office, willing to wait for candidate's bonus to be paid in Q1 before you join the team.
Required skills:
- Proven experience working with Python or other programming languages
- Strong academic background
Nice to have:
- Prior knowledge of FX, Futures or Market Data
- Kubernetes or Docker
- AWS or Azure
