My client is a global organisation operating within the oil & gas sector. They are seeking an interim Lead for a global CRM implementation initially for 12 months to support their organisation in West London/Surrey. This role acts as a pivotal interface between resourcing teams and the technology that underpins the organisations resourcing efforts. Huge importance therefore is placed on the ability to understand the needs of the Resourcing teams but also their current technological landscape, along with anticipating & advising on future state.


  • Ability to lead a global CRM (ideally Avature) implementation from initial vendor selection, reqirements gathering, design, working with vendor to build/configure, integrate (to Kenexa Brassring), deploy and assist with initial go-live support
  • Also, experience of (recruitment focused) website and creation, design and deploy a new global site
  • Needs to be in post by 1 Nov latest (but ideally ASAP)
