My client is a large global Technology corporation seeking a Reward Specialist on a permanent basis to cover all aspects of reward. The role is based in Surrey and has a global remit spanning 26 countries.
There is a big gap in the team on the sales compensation piece and this is a real focus for this role. You will be spending time on commission related items, as well as general reward.
Duties will include:
- Governance and oversight around than overall design plans.
- Identify improvements on the existing plan.
- Help shape changes and have credibility with Senior Stakeholders.
- Conduct external benchmarking on compensation and benefits to ensure the company remains competitive and can retain talent
- Ensure all salaries within each role and banding are at the correct levels and implement changes where required
- Annual reviews
- Experience of sales compensation or complex incentive arrangements
- Good analytical skills (e.g. advanced numeracy & excel skills)
- Good presentational/communication, project management and organisational skills
- Excellent time-management/prioritisation skills accompanied by strong attention to detail
- The ability to adapt in order to balance a number of varied activities and projects
Educated to degree level
